APPEALING A REGISTRATION DECISION

When Can I Appeal?
You may appeal if:
Your horse’s registration application was denied,
Your horse’s registration was restricted (e.g., limited registration) and you believe it should be full,
Your horse has been deregistered and you disagree,
Your application was marked incomplete but you believe sufficient documentation was provided.
The Australian Fjord Horse Association (AFHA) is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and consistent registration process. We recognise that from time to time, members may wish to appeal a registration decision.
If your horse’s registration has been declined, restricted, or a horse has been deregistered and you believe there are grounds for review, you have the right to submit a formal appeal.
This page explains how the appeals process works and provides access to the Registration Appeals Form.
